What we collect and why
When you contact us
If you email us or get in touch another way, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us, such as details of your property or project. We use this to reply, prepare proposals and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where we agree to work together, the performance of a contract with you or your organisation.
When you browse the site
Like any website, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically process technical information needed to show you the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages and files requested, and the time of the request. This is kept in short-lived server logs. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site, for example which pages and films are viewed, roughly where visitors are in the world, what device they use and how they arrived. Google Analytics does not tell us who you are, and IP addresses are not logged or stored in Google Analytics 4. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using on any page.
Clients using our private library
If you are a client using our library at portal.path11.co, we process your login details and the content we deliver to you in order to provide that service, under our agreement with you or your organisation.
